Practical Improvement

It started when I posted a meme about podcasts (which Ryan actually sent to me).

People then started messaging about podcast questions, suggestions, etc. and I just got done listening to this FASCINATING conversation with clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson. He's great at applying concepts and theories for improvement in a very practical way. I hope everyone sets some time aside to digest this, because I truly believe it will improve your quality of life.

P.s. Joe Rogan's stuff is long, so the beauty of podcasts is you can listen to sections over time. There's no way I sit and listen to something for three-hour increments. That being said, it's ironic that the show starts by talking about the differences in how we're interpreting information now. I hope you enjoy it!
